1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer than the estimated delivery times below.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of your order. Any applicable shipping promotions or free delivery offers will be displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number and courier details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Delivery Requirements

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the parcel to us. If the parcel is returned because the customer provided incorrect information or failed to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
8. Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

We will investigate the issue with the courier and assist with a replacement or claim where applicable.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Pretty Reckless Vape Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.
10. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within South Africa.
