Return & Refund Policy

At Pretty Reckless Vape Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

Due to the nature of vape products and for hygiene, health, and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened or used e-liquids

• Disposable vape devices

• Opened coils, pods, cartridges, or tanks

• Products with broken or removed security seals

• Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)

2. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Orders

If you receive:

• The wrong product

• A damaged item

• A defective product

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Email us with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• A description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the product;

• Exchange the product; or

• Issue a refund where applicable.

3. Unopened Products

Unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective.

Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.

4. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect flavour selection

• Incorrect nicotine strength selected by the customer

• Change of mind

• Personal taste preferences

• Products ordered in error

Please ensure your order is correct before completing checkout.

5. Faulty Hardware

Hardware products may carry a manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Warranty claims do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Liquid damage

• Incorrect use

• Unauthorized modifications

• Damage caused by improper charging or misuse

Warranty claims may require inspection before approval.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by Pretty Reckless Vape Co.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If payment has already been processed, any applicable payment gateway or administrative fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

8. Age Restriction

Pretty Reckless Vape Co. sells vape products strictly to persons 18 years of age or older.

Orders placed by underage customers will be cancelled and refunded where appropriate.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or any other applicable South African law.
