Tikbox 11 2026: Our First Pop-Up & A Day We Won’t Forget 💗

Today was a pretty special day for Pretty Reckless.

Our first-ever pop-up at an event for our online shop, and what better way to do it than at Tikbox! 🥊🔥

We went into the day not really knowing what to expect. We were there to support our girl Shekira, who was taking part in the boxing event, and of course, we wanted to put Pretty Reckless out there and meet some of the people behind the TikTok accounts we see all the time.

And honestly? We had the best time.

We met so many TikTokers, creators and incredible people throughout the day. One of the biggest surprises for us was just how friendly and welcoming everyone was. You see people on TikTok all the time and sometimes you build up this idea of what they're going to be like in real life, but everyone was genuinely so lovely.

It was so nice to finally meet people face-to-face, have conversations, laugh, take photos, and just enjoy being part of something bigger than our little online shop.

Supporting Our Girl Shekira 🥊

A huge part of why we were there was to support Shekira, and we couldn't be prouder of her.

Watching someone you know get into that ring and put themselves out there takes guts. She did incredibly well, and seeing her work so hard and then actually step into the ring was something we were genuinely proud to witness.

Well done, Shekira. You absolutely smashed it. ❤️

A Huge Thank You to Tikbox

We also want to give a massive thank you to the Tikbox organisers, and especially Chane.

The preparation, organisation and the way she handled everything really stood out to us. You can see when someone genuinely knows how to handle business, and Chane is quite the woman. 👏

From the preparation leading up to the event to the way everything came together on the day, we really appreciated being part of it.

For our first event, we couldn't have asked for a more fun experience.

So... What's Next? 👀

Tikbox has officially given us the pop-up bug.

We're already excited about the next event in Joburg, and we'd absolutely love to be part of it.

This was our first step outside of the online world, and it reminded us exactly why we're building Pretty Reckless into more than just an online shop. We want to meet people, support creators, collaborate, have fun and create a brand that actually feels like a community.

So here's to the first pop-up, the new faces, the laughs, the chaos, the boxing, and all the people we got to meet along the way.
